This gym has great equipment for stretching and mobility as well as a variety of cardio equipment, weights and cross fit. I have no been able to get there in time for a class yet but the sauna and changing rooms are equally as nice and clean. They have classes for stretching as well. The trainer who gave me an orientation also took the time to show me how to use the unique stretching equipment they have.
