Amazing gym in Warsaw city center! It is spacious and the staff are very helpful. There are many machines and free weights. The changing rooms/showers are well maintained and clean. Water and towels are not provided, so remember to bring your own. If you're a tourist or in Warsaw for business, you can receive a free day pass on their website. Alternatively, you can pay 50zl to enter.

A small gym with outdated equipment. Two out of three benches near the dumbbells are broken. There is only one bench available for barbell exercises, and there was a queue for it. Meanwhile, competitors offer modern Technogym equipment, whereas in Zdrofit clubs almost everything is outdated, except for a few premium locations. Look at the experience of chain gyms in other countries - for example, DDX Fitness, where memberships are cheaper, yet the gym equipment is significantly better.
