I have been attending the Yoga course at the Centro Purnima for a while. I have attended other courses in the past, and I must say that Yoga here is not limited to the positions (Asana) but is enriched by the experiences of everyday life, known precisely in the place where this discipline was born (the teacher lived in India for a long time!).
