Then only professional wellness! And the unique legendary circular machines ;). Perhaps only the showers would deserve a real upgrade and maybe even more care.

As a fitness trainer and certified TRX suspension trainer, I was not very pleased with my visit to the TRX class with Alina. I live hundreds of km away, so this is not a competition. Alina does not correct the mistakes of the trainees. One lady performed practically every other exercise incorrectly, she did not correct her during the entire time. (I am not evaluating the failure to correct a young girl who probably did everything possible differently and incorrectly). The music is OK, but several times during the training the music was muted by her message notifications, which was annoying. What trainer Alina cannot be blamed for is the "TRX" suspensions themselves. The fact that they are not TRX brands would not matter, but most of them do not reach the required lower, i.e. approximately halfway down the calves, which is quite an important thing for performing exercises while lying on your back or plank :D, so I did the exercises while lying on your back differently :D. Abdominal exercise - back bug (lying in a forward bend with your legs crossed) !!! with crossed legs!!! - beautiful work, and so on for those who exercise to fix herniated intervertebral discs. And there could be more, but I evaluate positively that there was a warm-up, a fairly good set of exercises, I liked the addition of exercises with dumbbells. Stretching also took place. I didn't mind the language barrier, she tried to speak Czech and I appreciate that. I practiced well, but I knew what to do, how to engage the core of the body, I wouldn't go to her again for 150 CZK. Sorry. The trainer practiced with us the whole time. As a trainer, you need to realize that you are there for the people, and not that I don't care, I'll practice too, I'll kill 2 birds with 1 stone. It's done in a group where everyone exercises correctly, and that's almost never the case. However, if the trainer doesn't recognize it, something is wrong. I made mistakes too, there is always room for improvement, there is a lot of it here and I believe that the trainer herself, or at least FITKO, will learn from this. Cheers Honza.

A great place for "beginners" who thought they would get better. However, on several machines where weights cannot be attached, the weights are small. There are not many of them. :) I would like the opening hours to be from 6:00 in the morning. Many people will start coming, believe me. And they would like to renovate the showers a bit so that I can really take a bath there sometimes. I like the gym and I highly recommend it to everyone.

My last visit was a bit strange, mostly clean, older fitness center. Already outdated by current Kladno standards. With the eternal Grün sport machines. You are not allowed to use magnesium on your hands, drop dumbbells on the ground... A strangely organized space, plenty of machines, a strange atmosphere. Primarily, nothing really bad, but there are better centers in Kladno. The staff seems to be cool. Basically, it corresponds to MegaPro, Gym2000, Stan's gym... Oh, and a one-time entry... That one surprised me quite a bit with its higher level...
