Equipment 2 Equipment are well maintained and sufficient. There is also a heavy bag and swimming pool available. Location 1 Located at the top floor which is easily accessible via lift and escalator. The place itself doesn't feel too big or small and has a simple layout. Customer Service 1 There are sufficient staff to cover the front desk in a fast manner with minimal wait times. There are a couple of friendly (and 1 hot!) personal trainers and desk staff.
First off, beware of all those fake 5 star reviews with no description/ details. I am rating 2 stars because this gym has good quality facilities and is not as bad as 1 star, but it still fell short of passing with 3 stars for me to stay on. Do not make the same mistake I did of paying a whopping $698 for just one month (membership = $245). The original $207 joining fee with three free PT sessions is no longer available, replaced by a "better" $453 promotion which is in fact worse and just their way of using forced unnecessary bundles to make up for declining business at your expense: $58 - admin fee $270 - five PT sessions (40 mins is too short to be of much use) $125 - "Innermost" brand supplements (actually cost a dollar less at $124 if you purchase separately!) Go for the $108 joining fee which comes with nothing instead if really keen; still expensive but at least you would have more to spend on renewing unlike me.
Will be giving up my membership, at this period of CB, membership fees is still at same rate. Have to book to get into the gym. You will not get the time you really want. And you can’t even book 2 days in advance. Yet very inflexible in their customer service. They don’t treasure you as their member. Really disappointed in this quality, have been their member for more than 3 yrs. Will check other clubs.
The new app is impossible to book. I haven't been able to get in the gym at all but not allowed to terminate my membership.
