I can’t say enough good things about Freedom Training Center. I’ve been taking the Muay Thai classes 3 times a week and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The instruction is outstanding — taught by a true professional who is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. Every class is challenging in the best way, and I always leave feeling energized, accomplished, and stronger both mentally and physically. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this is an amazing place to train. Highly recommend!
