I recommend Zero Gravity. I just returned from a great trip to Laax organized by the company. Everything was as described before the trip. The Peaks Place hotel is beautiful and has a shuttle bus to the lift. I highly recommend it!
Zero Gravity - Review Unfortunately, my experience with Zero Gravity in Laax was very disappointing. I've never encountered such poor organization of children's activities in my life. I have a 7-year-old son in the "Bomble" group, and every day, the meeting point remains unknown until the last minute. The organizer makes the meeting point dependent on weather conditions, which is understandable in itself, but the communication and management of this process are chaotic. The meeting point for our group is at 9:45 AM. If it's supposed to be at the top, you have to be at the lift by 9:00 AM. The problem is that the information that the meeting point is actually at the bottom doesn't appear until later. The result? Standing and waiting for 45 minutes or having to return to the apartment. It's a waste of time, unnecessary stress, and a disorganized entire day. The people responsible for the organization are having trouble managing the situation. The same information chaos reigns every day. Instead of making one fixed decision - for example, always meeting at the bottom in the same place - we have a daily "roulette": where today, when, whether we'll make it or not. With children this age, you need clear structure and predictability. This is completely lacking here. In summary: very poor organization, lack of consistent communication, and total chaos.
