A gym that feels like home, a real family place, the kind you don't find anymore. Both Marta and Carmen are incredibly attentive and friendly. They help you with anything you need. They offer classes, guided workouts... I've been coming for years and I'm thrilled. Give me a gym that's been around forever, and I'd take away a new one packed with people and not even enough equipment to do the exercises properly.

I've been a member of this gym for 16 years, paying religiously every month. Due to a serious health problem (breast cancer with a radical mastectomy of my right breast - which, by the way, to avoid being charged again in 2024, when I had to stop going for several months due to chemotherapy - when I returned in October 2024, I had to send them the medical report of my surgery. They didn't accept what was obvious: that I was missing a breast). At that time, I paid for October and November, entire months, and I didn't even go 10 days a month. Later, with the surgery, radiotherapy, and other treatments, I couldn't return until mid-October 2025. Then, even though I requested it, they made me pay the membership fee again, the key activation fee, and, of course, for half of October. I paid for November (I went 12 days) and December (10 days, the last one on the 17th). From that day on, between the days there were no activities (from December 22nd to January 7th) and the fact that I was sick, I couldn't return to the gym until January 20th. That's a whole month without attending, despite having paid for the entire month of December. Given this situation, on January 20th I asked management if I could pay for half of January, since due to my illness I think I'll only be able to go a maximum of 5 days, and I'm having surgery again in mid-February and I don't know how much I'll be able to attend that month. The center's solution: that those are the rules, pay for the whole month, and if I won't be able to attend, get a 10-session pass for €45. This situation, on their part, seems to show a lack of empathy and sensitivity (I'm reminded of my 16 years of membership), which has left me astonished. I can't understand the lack of customer service, which demonstrates their completely profit-driven approach, and that they only think about business and money. As I told them, I don't think they have many patients in my circumstances, so why couldn't they have a little understanding of the situation that led me to request a 50% discount on the monthly fee? As I said, I'm the one most interested in going to the gym, because exercise is a priority in this process, and the reason I haven't gone more often is because I simply haven't had the strength. If it weren't for the fact that, aside from the exercise itself, I enjoy the contact with the instructors, but above all, the fellow members, some of whom have become friends after so many years and from whom I receive great support, and now I don't have the strength to start over at another gym, this would be the end of my time at this gym.
