One of the best gyms I have been to with some of the friendliest staff!
Good gym with plenty parking and close supermarket. Gym has so many same equipment not to wait. Wish this one had sauna.
Great gym, with all of the equipment in really good order and it's really tidy throughout the night. It would be good for the gym to add some scales you could use that measure your body fat, muscle mass etc. I've been to gyms previously and they're really useful. Other than that, no complaints
Unreal gym After the refurbishment and hour changed to 24 hours, this gym is all you could ever need. Staff are friendly and helpful. The gym is always clean and tidy and has a massive range of equipment for targeting each specific muscle. There is plenty of cardio equipment and squat racks. Can be busy at times but theres plenty of equipment to go around, but if you're a night owl like me, you can have the entire gym to yourself Would highly recommend.
No staff around to help with equipment or anything else for that matter, don't really cater for the "older" clients so you're just left to get on with it.
