HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! A perfect place on Lake Como to enjoy a great workout and get a pump! INFIT gym has an assortment of machines for a full body workout. A friendly gym atmosphere with spacious locker rooms with showers. There are treadmills and spin bikes for classes for anyone wanting a cardio workout. There are plenty of dumbbells and several benches for lifts, as well as cable machines to build and sculpt your muscles. There is a separate area for lifting such deadlifts, squats, rows, etc plus pull up stations. INFIT gym has all of the necessary equipment to get fit, build muscles to scult your physique! Nicola - super nice gym owner has merchandise, supplements and protein powders on hand for those wanting to incorporate with their workouts.

Palestra ottima sotto ogni punto di vista. Gli ambienti sono puliti e ben organizzati con attrezzature in ottimo stato. Il personale è cordiale, disponibile e con grande competenza. Ottima anche l'organizzazione degli orari che permette di allenarsi già dal mattino presto! Consigliata a chi cerca una palestra seria, accogliente e adatta a ogni livello di preparazione!

Really enjoyed training at InFit Club during my yearly summer break in Colico. The gym is spacious, full of natural light, and has plenty of parking. What I particularly appreciated is the great mix of free weights, squat racks (including a Smith machine), Panatta & Technogym machines (loved the V-squat and hip thrust machine, I will miss those!), plus solid cardio options like the StairMaster and parachute treadmill. There is also boxing and combat equipment. Whatever the purpose of your training is, you will find what you need here, whether you train for pure strenght, functional training, body building, endurance, health reasons...you name it, it's there. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and the clientele is varied with no trace of any toxic gym bro culture. Staff are helpful and friendly too, keen on helping out should you need it, but equally happy for you to do your own thing. The changing rooms are simple and clean, and you can buy supplements and sports drink. Also, their Insta page is always up to date, which is a big plus in my book. Extra bonus: working out with a view of Mount Legnone is hard to beat! Ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!
