Joined the gym 3 weeks back and it has been a great experience working out. Arun sir is very helpful and pays attention during the workout session, he is strict and gives good guidance. The facility is always clean and well maintained. The place doesn't get crowded as different workout sections are kept on different floors.
Good equipment and friendly staff. Not too crowded in the early morning. The facilities are quite good too. Everything is clean and hygienic. Will update based on my experience after a few months.
Been a member since two months now. Love this gym. Front desk ppl are very decent. Trainers are very friendly and helpful. Great equipment, could use a bit more of 10s and 15s lbs dumbbells. Love the energy inside the gym.

Average gym. not expected as cult elite level of standard. a little small workout area, machines are old and low variety, can get crowded at times. only good investment they have made is at restrooms, lockers and cardio area. the weight section needs to be upgraded seriously and with more area for workout. quite disappointing experience with golds standards.
