I have been taking the HIIT classes at Falls Fitness for more than a year now and the results have far exceeded what I expected. The workouts are intense and varied. But the best part is that Joe makes the hour fun while you sweat and loose the pounds.
If you are looking for an effective way to burn fat, increase your metabolism and build strength, you must try the classes at Falls Fitness! I have been doing the HIIT+ classes in the mornings for almost a year now and have seen a significant change in my body. Besides the great results you get from doing the HIIT+ classes, this boutique style gym caters to their clients by constantly observing their form and technique to make sure all exercises are done correctly. They even monitor your diet after class. It's like having a private trainer! The classes are small and incorporate both weights and cardio machines. You get all the benefits in one day! Best Gym in Miami!
Been going to the HITT classes there and it's been great. Joe and Pete are great people, and lead very challenging classes. Definitely recommend going.
