I spend half an hour of my time training and having fun with both staff and non-staff. A truly unique environment.
I want to positively review "my Curves gym" in Moncalieri because I spend this half hour for myself, in a family as well as professional environment, I am almost 62 years old and I tell you that these practices make me feel good and I get results .... now then I started taking part in the courses too ... I LOVE THEM .... our girls make us work and we sweat ... but when I leave my gym I am so full of good mood that I don't feel fatigue anymore ..... I really recommend Curves di Moncalieri, and, I sincerely thank Antonella and her girls for the heart and professionalism that they put into their work every day. Mirella Fagiolini💚💙
A gym for women, designed with a 30 min workout. The challenge of the month pushes you to push your limits and the courses make training carefree! Fantastic staff and beautiful and well organized structure! Recommended!
Personally for work, family reasons etc. I have never been able to attend gyms .. I promised myself that I would do it after finishing my career. And here I am, I have been in this gym for 1 year. Here at any age it is possible "says an over sixty year old". You are followed and encouraged. Even during the covid lookdown period they never left us alone with video messages etc. I highly recommend it🙂🤗
I have been enrolled since September ... I who have always hated gyms 🙈🙈🙈 But this is not a gym like the others you find simple and friendly people, you can be of all ages at any age, you can also be yourself as clothing without the need for fashionable equipment. The coaches are all very helpful and careful to make you feel comfortable. In 30 'complete training including stretching Adjacent to the gym is the very clean and reasonably priced beauty center. So .... 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝
