Producers and Potential Clients Beware! They have some of the lowest rates in the industry. Every FIA company has been increasing their rates during this rising interest rate environment. NA has not kept up with their competition. To make it even worse, make sure to schedule an hour of your day if you need to reach customer service for anything. The wait times are horrendous. Its not worth doing business with them.
Do not get any insurance through this company. The people that represent them/resell their product and service is a scam. Save yourself the time and money and do your homework. I lost over $6,000 using this company and was bait and switched a service I thought I was getting when in the end was a total farce.
