I will give 5 star and strongly recommend... going to this gym from past 3 weeks.. very good equipment.. not only machinery other options are also available... I opted for Personal training.. my trainer is 'Younus'. He is very polite and also very caring. He is a good motivator.. very professional. I can see little change in my body.. Soon will post the results.. Overall a very good gym with professional trainer..

I got transformed perfectly by my personal trainer MR YOUNUS . He is highly professional in making people motivated in doing gym workouts and an awesome personal trainer who allows us to do gym workouts in the best way in-order to get us transformed into good body shape. He also suggests us how to do the gym workouts in a professional way and suggests about nutrition too. MR.YOUNUS is an awesome personal trainer and he is very professional.

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility,Mr. YOUNUS is a fantastic trainer with great sense of humor so every session is filled with laugh and positive attitude which empower you to work out even harder. Very professional coaching and definitely will help you to achieve your fitness goals.

I have never saw a trainer like Mr Younus who will always motivate me from starting day to build my body weight as i was very thin and i have builded up due to effectiveness training by SCFS trainer. Trainer are very highly professional and dedicated to help you to achieve the results and their diet plan will be perfect and will be affordable prize.
