I am a 16 y/o with a job. I love that this place is open 24 hours because it makes it easier to fit into my schedule. The owner if this establishment was very kind and helpful. He even went as far as to help with certain workouts to help train for this event I plan on doing in a month. If it weren't for school and my job I would definitely come here every single day. 10/10 would recommend you visit this gym.

I was a member here for 5 years! I loved coming here. The staff was friendly and the equipment was well-maintained. I loved being able to swipe my key fob and having the door unlock and get a workout in. Very rarely was it ever busy. If it wasn't for my job relocation, I would still be here. Highly recommended.
The classes are structured so everyone gets the attention to maximize the workouts. The gym has the best coaches who provide the guidance, experience, and motivation to attain my fitness goals.
Very welcoming environment...no shady contracts (unlike other facilities in the area). Pat is a hands on owner, super friendly and one of a kind. Highly recommend.
