It's just awesome. Machines for ppl that need assistance, free weights for all needs. Nice environment, great music , friendly staff, convenient and everything you could need in a gym plus aqua massage beds. A high class gym with a low cost membership. So worth it
Great equipment. Lots of everyone welcome no shaming text on the walls which is nice. The fatal flaw for me (and some readers may see this as a plus), is that they force their politics on you with their wall of TVs. Most gyms I've gone to are very egalitarian and will show the news channels, fox, CNN and msnbc. This gym only has multiple fox TVs and then local news stations but not the other news channels. I don't like companies that force their political agenda on you however subtle. Be egalitarian please.
