Based upon my experience I would recommend this clinic. I had a Skinfrax with RF treatment with Angelika - she is amazing! Treatment was great and results are showing already. With this treatment a free treatment is given for another day and so I returned, the review is listed on the clinic website - my only minus point is the young brunette receptionist with facial piercings who is rude. She was rude to my friend and shouted at me as I waited for my friend to finish the treatment. She shouted to me (from 4-5 meter distance across the lobby) to return the bracelet and pay. 1) never received a bracelet and my payment had been long completed. I said I received no bracelet and had paid already and she asked 2 more times about my payment. It is not what is said rather how… very rude. Then my friend finished and I wanted to help her get the VAT receipt as she is from Amerika. First this girl says “we don’t make” then after being persistent and pointing out the VAT sign in polish, she called her manager. The entire time very rude. In my Opinion she does not fit as everyone else was nice welcoming and friendly except her.

It's the most popular sauna spot in Warsaw and unfortunately because of that it tends to be overcrowded. There are sauna sessions in the dry one every hour during the weekends, which are the highlight of the place. Apart from that, there are few other saunas, with steam one apparently being one of its kind due to hydrogen treatment. Personally it didn't feel anything different, maybe it's healthier though I didn't found, any study which would confirm that, so feel more like a marketing gimmick. All other saunas and a room with "hot beds" are in range of 40-50C, so too cold for me to enjoy or sweat. Additionally with the amount of people that are going in and out it's hard to relax as well.

The place look nice, but they should limited number of people. Swimming pool is really small, so if you want to swim little bit this place is not for you, but the worst part is people those are working there. Lifeguards next to the pool and people who are working in the sauna part are very rude. They are screaming on visitors. So it is not relaxing at all. And be careful, because after 8:00 pm, people can swim without swimsuit in swimming pool. I think the staff should have warned us about this when we bought the tickets, because we didn't know and we didn't like it very much, so we had to leave early.

Feels more like a military camp than a relaxing getaway. The first thing that "impressed" me (and not in a good way) was being told that bags are forbidden in the spa — where exactly is a woman supposed to keep her tampons, spare underwear, and other hygiene products?! On top of that, swimsuits are banned in the saunas. Fine. But then everyone hangs their swimsuits and towels on communal racks right outside the sauna entrance! People literally hang their stuff on top of your underwear and towels. It is beyond unhygienic! If cloth bags were allowed, I could just tuck my swimsuit and towel inside and hang the bag on a hook. It would also be much faster to grab your things and go after a session. Then there’s the cafe by the pool. They served my fresh juice in a plastic cup and my friend’s coffee in a paper one. The moment we stepped out of the cafe area, a man immediately barked at us that we couldn't take cups into the spa zone! We didn’t bring these from home; we bought them at the pool cafe! Why even serve drinks in plastic if you can't take them out? You feel constantly followed and watched — "no swimsuit here," "swimsuit required there." I didn't feel like I was relaxing at all. "You can’t do this, you can’t do that." Are you kidding me? Is this a place for relaxation or a place of prohibitions? This was our first and last time visiting this spa. Two hours was already way too much for a place like this. We didn't leave relaxed; we left stressed. I love spas and visit them all over the world, and I usually hate writing negative reviews, but this time I had no choice. To top it off, the place was full of people who seemed constantly dissatisfied and complaining. It felt like a magnet for negative people who come there out of boredom just to ruin everyone else's mood.

I am writing this to share my honest experience at Sudip Sante, both for the management and for people considering visiting this place. I have spent a significant amount of money coming here in the past, but after today’s experience, I will never return. The place was extremely crowded and completely mismanaged, which resulted in a terrible experience. Personal belongings are not safe here. My brand-new, expensive towel, which I had purchased from the store (costing almost twice the hourly charge), was stolen. The changing cabin was dirty and unhygienic. My friend also lost his personal water bottle. When we reported this at the reception, the staff showed no concern and simply stated that there are no cameras, taking no responsibility at all. To make matters worse, the towel given to me by the reception (for which I was charged) was later exchanged and turned out to be dirty, with visible red and brown stains. There was absolutely no hygiene being followed. It was shocking to see personal items like towels and water bottles being stolen in such an environment. Despite all this, while I was searching for my missing belongings, the receptionist told me that I had exceeded my time by 7 minutes and demanded extra payment. This felt extremely insensitive given the situation. I am sharing this experience honestly to help others understand what they might face here. I brought my friend with me, and he was equally disappointed. This place seriously needs to improve hygiene standards, security, and customer care.
