The equipment is nice and I can always find a place to stretch. The free weight section doesn’t seem to get very busy which I love however the cardio machines are usually all taken up at peak hours.
It should be better maintained. It's very popular and has a nice atmosphere, but the machines are old and not properly cared for. The Hip Thrust machine has a cracked and sunken cushioning roller. The machines need lubrication for smoother movement. They should educate customers to put the weights away after use, or the staff should be more attentive to this. The instructors are of little help; if they're teaching a class, forget it, they're nowhere to be found. Every time I needed them for questions or specific assistance, they weren't helpful. They don't know how to provide service; they only care about their own clients or chatting. The weekend and holiday hours are terrible. When those of us who train can go more peacefully, they close early, and early on Sundays. They could make it free if you have to scan your fingerprints to get in, and the instructors in the gym are unhelpful.
