Great box to train, good atmosphere, very professional coaches. English available depending on teacher, though if an experienced crossfiter it should be no problem to follow the WOD.

Probably the best Gym in Warsaw. Calisthenics, cross fit, and other cool trainings. Instructors are top in their class. Love it!
