Zippys Gymnastics Academy Ltd

Very impressed with Zippys. My granddaughter is a talented gymnast who has trained at Zippys for several years and i have seen the fantastic progress she has made. Moreover Jim the head coach is excellent at explaining what the gymnasts are doing and encourages them all to enjoy themselves whatever level they are at. Great place!

Good for gymnastics, no issues with the actual class but building is really tired needs a refurb, potholes going into carpark and lighting in ca park is bad you can't see anyone and you rely on people cars headlights, they should fix it up, no complaints about thr gymnastics classes though

Lighting Exceptionally Poor In Both Sides Of Building.. Especially In Winter Months When It Is Open This Should Be Better Lit Especially For The Adults Young And Old..Stumbling Across A Dark Car Park.. Update carpark has got worse..selfish drivers who sit with their cars running and lights on.. Lighting still very poor..

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. My daughter attended Zippys for several years and their prices were not cheap. The coaches just sit around chatting and the only thing my daughter really enjoyed was playing tig. She was then hurt in class more than once and when I got in touch, they were very dismissive of my concerns that the coaches had not even noticed and did not seem to be teaching them anything. I advised them that she would not be returning and they still charged me after this. When I called them about this, Deborah was very rude to me and was not listening to me and said she was finishing up for the weekend so would query my unauthorised charge the following week.

My daughter attended here for 1 year and no progress was made. They run about playing tig more than actually learning gymnastics. The price you pay I expect more or even a little progress. Wouldn't recommend if your little one actually wants to learn gymnastics.
