I came here for the Drawing on Intuition and Intention workshop instructed by Suman Patnaik. This was my first time at Shakti Yoga & Living Arts and let me just say it definitely will not be my last. The workshop that was led by Suman was great and peaceful. The studio is clean and the atmosphere of Shakti yoga is great. I recommend taking any workshop led by Suman Patnaik but I’m pretty sure any of the workshops held at Shakti Yoga & Living Arts would be great. I’m hoping to return for sure because it was worth!
Everyone there is so sweet and knowledgeable. Plus, I’ve been taken yoga over 20 years and this was the best class I’ve ever experienced!
I go to every Reiki Circle that I can, and it makes such a difference for me! Madalina's approach and instinctual guidance leads us to our own revelations in our growth. The mediations are so perfect for the theme running through the community that shows up. Adding Reiki to that is such a bonus! The healing that community brings is not like anything you can do on your own!
My daughter had her 1st yoga class at Shakti yoga & living arts, she truly felt relax as she said, place is very well organized with clean and peaceful environment, Ms. Anna is absolutely lovely, she assisted with information and help me with scheduling. My daughter is looking forward for her next class and learning..🕉
I love the variety of classes and breadth of knowledge learned in each one. It has helped me correct some bad habits and improve technique and overall "feel" of my practice. All the classes have been accessible but challenging in different ways. I appreciate that holistic wellbeing and practice is taught instead of solely emphasizing the "fitness" side of yoga.
