Clean and well maintained. The trainers are equally supportive to experienced gym goers and beginners alike. They are very knowledgeable and approachable. The fees are in the medium range. It's open for a long time nearly every day, from early morning to late night. Overall, value for money, if you choose to make the most of it.
The most unique thing about this gym is that it always has all the equipment’s updated time to time and at any you will have trainers to help you out irrespective of the rush or wee hrs of the day. It’s a perfect Gym at a perfect location
