Great equipment. Friendly staff. Nice layout and infrastructure. Women's locker room is nice (no clue about the men's though. Those places are better left unexplored). Definitely a gym I enjoy going to.

I am a fan of the concept , work out 3 times a week there. But it could be cleaner and better airflow.the corner for woman is way too small( especially with all the girls just hanging out instead of lifting).ah and although they might not get the lyrics of the English music they play. .its mysogynistic .a couple of times just forced to put headphones on.staff is very open and caring, they will help out if you struggle.
Helpful staff, good deals, should be a huge place but unfortunately under construction so many machines unusable and half of it close down because of that...
