I recently started attending boxing training sessions and I have to say, it has been a great experience so far. The coach is extremely knowledgeable and provides valuable feedback and tips on technique, which has helped me improve my skills. He is also very motivational, always pushing me to give my best during each session. His strict training style is just what I need to stay focused and on track. The training is suitable for women, and I have seen great improvements in my skills and confidence since starting. I highly recommend this training to anyone, regardless of gender, who is looking to get into boxing or improve their skills. Be prepared for a challenging, but incredibly rewarding experience!
