Jotenkin niin hyvä fiilis aina treenata tuolla. Siel on yksi puoli missä on enemmän rautaa ja toinen puoli jossa enemmän laitteita. Oikeesti suosittelen, siellä on voimakkaita treenaajia jotka antaa motivaatiota itsellekin treenata kovaa!
One of the best old-style gyms you'll find. Loads of free weights, including a 92-kilo dumbbell, and hardly any customers!
Best gym in Helsinki
Excellent city owned weight training gym! Powerlifting competitions are held in here which tells everything of this place. Old but really good working machines also. Five benches for bench press, incline bench press, power rack, lots of weight plates and dumbbells, squat racks with mirrors, leg press, Hack squat machine, deadlift zones, dip, Smith machine, etc. It is built in air-raid shelter so temperature stays chilly but not cold. Take the elevator from the corner on the ground level.
Kontulan Kuntokellari holds 4.6 out of 5 across 61 Google reviews. Read a few of them rather than the average alone, since a single score hides whether people are praising the equipment or the staff.
