Friendly staff and trainers, plenty of equipment and variations of machines and weights! All round great gym to workout in! Classes are enjoyable and there's something for everyone and every ability!
Good gym needs air-con in the locker rooms other than that it's quite and great to get a good work out and staff are great people fun friendly with loads of advice tips and it also comes with a protein bar and drink machine great set up . Great view aswell and they always have the work out Music pumping . Worth the flight of stairs haha
Went for a tour when I was considering joining and I didn't like the look of it at all, the gym area is tiny, mostly uses machines with only a few free weights around. Changing room and shower/spa area was filthy. Seemed to just be a gym for big bodybuilders and that's it. I wouldn't recommend for beginners.
