This place is the gym I've been waiting for...never knew it existed until my son & his friend tried it out. I was so don't with LA & that trash where nobody knows how to put weights away...let alone the bball court that invited unwanted ppl into a gym. This place has quality ppl & it shows.
Great Gym awesome that's it's 24/7 this gym is a 10/10 would recommend nice and homey warehouse style gym great/easy to use equipment lots of free weights and the best leg machines you'll find in a gym has a lot of treadmills and cardio machines upstairs including a boxing room and MMA room aswell tons of TVs all over the place always having sports or news on wich is nice to watch between sets great community great staff very clean would 100% get a membership here if your looking for a good gym

This is a great gym full of great people. I've had countless experiences here that left me saying "I really need to write a review for this place," but am just now making it a priority. Let me start by mentioning the people. Scott and the rest of the staff are awesome. Seeing his commitment to fitness, the community, and to helping kids is inspiring in a way that you would never find in a chain. The entire staff here is friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, this is for you. I bring my kids with me in the evenings. I imagine it was intimidating for them to walk in here for the first time, but again the staff and every member have made them feel welcome and have helped them develop their own passion for health and fitness. Having been a member at other chains, I was a bit nervous when I returned home one night to find my wallet missing. I drove back and the second I walked in the door he was walking out of his office with wallet in hand. The equipment is fantastic and there's a great mix of free weights, machines, and various cardio equipment. I could go on and on, but in the end as good as the equipment is, the people here and their attitudes are what really make this place amazing.
