Start with the safety complaint

I'm putting this first because safety belongs first. In June 2026 a reviewer left one star and a serious charge: that the club felt "UNSAFE, especially for WOMEN," describing "a serious problem with people recording inside the gym" and "the complete lack of a proper response from management." The reviewer says they reported it and felt dismissed.

Here's how I'd read that fairly. It's one voice. No other review in the visible set repeats the claim, so I can't tell you it's a pattern - and I won't pretend it is. But it's also not the kind of complaint you shrug off, and the reviewer names a specific staff member and a specific failure to respond. What's checkable is the substance: does the club have a clear no-filming policy, and who handles a complaint when you raise one? If that matters to you, ask before you sign. One report isn't a verdict. It's a question you're entitled to put to the front desk.

What this place is

This one really is a fitness and wellness club - and a full-service one. The listing carries fitness_center, swimming_pool, sauna, spa, and yoga_studio, and the reviews confirm all of it. A personal trainer who joined in October 2021 wrote the most detailed walkthrough I've seen: two floors ("functional & cardio" on the ground, "Bodybuilding machines & dumbbells" in the basement), a boxing bag, a "12,5m length" pool, "two dry saunas," free towels, and good AC "so it's not getting hot & stinky during workouts." That's a reviewer doing my job for me.

Where the voices agree and clash

On the gym itself, agreement is strong. An August 2025 review: "top equipment, clean spaces, and chill atmosphere." A November 2025 review echoed "everything is super clean and well-maintained" and "usually not crowded at all" in the mornings.

The clash is in the spa. A December 2025 reviewer left two stars, frustrated that the "Spa is not spa" - "filler with little kids... yelling, jumping and splashing," plus "heaters in jacuzzi are not working for the 2 days." So the pool that reads as a calm perk for the trainer is, for a family-hour visitor, a noisy public pool. Both can be true at different times of day.

What the 4.6 measures

4.6 across 183 ratings is a real number with weight behind it, and the words mostly match: clean, central, well-equipped, quiet in the mornings. But an average this size hides the spread - the glowing gym reviews and the pointed spa and safety complaints are all folded into it.

What's missing

No review states a membership price. Nobody gives spa "quiet hours" or says whether children are restricted at certain times - which is exactly the gap the two-star review exposes. And the safety complaint has no management reply attached in the record.

Who it's not for

Anyone who wants the spa as a silent adults-only retreat every hour of the day - the family-hour reviews say otherwise. And anyone who won't join until the filming and complaint-handling question is answered directly. That's a fair line to hold.

FAQ

Is this a real gym?

Yes. It's a multi-floor fitness and wellness club in central Warsaw with a pool, saunas, spa, and group classes, all confirmed by reviews.

Is it safe for women?

One June 2026 reviewer raised a serious safety and filming concern and felt management didn't respond well. No other visible review repeats it, so treat it as an open question to raise with the club directly, not a settled fact.

Is the pool relaxing?

It depends on when you go. Morning reviews call it quiet; a December 2025 reviewer found it crowded with children and noisy. Ask about quiet hours before counting on it.

Really great gym in an amazing location right in the city center! It has two floors, a big swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa area — everything is super clean and well-maintained. I’ve been going there in the mornings, and it’s usually not crowded at all, which makes the workouts even more enjoyable. The group classes are also excellent — well-organized and motivating. Overall, I really loved everything about this gym and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to train and relax.

I moved to Warsaw one week ago and I was looking for a premium gym, where i could train with my clients as a personal trainer. Main factors that were important for me: - order and cleanliness of the space - free towells- so i dont have to bring mine - not overcrowded gym - Good AC so it's not getting hot & stinky during workouts - high quality equipment(kettlebells and free weights) - boxing bag - swimming pool & sauna, basically All in One place so I don't have to travel around the city and waste my time. This gym fulfill all of my terms. Some info about the gym: There are two floors: -1st(groundfloor)- functional & cardio- it is big enough so i can workout without any problems. There's also a boxing bag. on the same level there is also a second room for group classes. You can workout there also any time you want. -2nd floor(basement) - Bodybuilding machines & dumbbells- all kind of machines you need to get a whole body workout. Swimming pool, jacuzzi & Saunas: -Swimming pools has 12,5m length- if you're not pro swimmer, it is enough to burn some calories and train your swimming skills. from friday to sunday there's more people, but mon- fri is totally empty. The are also sun loungers so you can relax and chill out. -Sauna you've got two dry saunas(3 person in & 5 person in) There are extra towells for usage and some fresh lemonade to drink. I go to sauna everyday, different time and most of the time i use it only by myself- no crowds there. :) if you would like to check this place before buying membership, contact me in private message(you can find me on instagram/facebook: trenerwozniak) I will let you in. Somewhere i saw a comment from the manager of the gym that the place is quiet. Spa is not spa!!!! Is filler with little kids thinking its public pool so theyre yelling, jumping and splashing the water in the jacuzzi and the pool. The rules of being quiet are not respected at all and i dont understand what are little kids doing in the spa area?! Ridiculous!!!!!! Not to mention that heaters in jacuzzi are not working for the 2 days.

This club is UNSAFE, especially forWOMEN. There is a serious problem with people recording inside the gym, had also a problem with confrontational client who make the space uncomfortable rather than welcoming. What makes it worse is the complete lack of a proper response from management. I reported my concerns, but instead of taking them seriously, the manager, Michał Rostek, appeared dismissive, passive and unwilling to address the issue in any meaningful way. His handling of the situation showed, in my opinion, extreme incompetence and a worrying lack of understanding of basic privacy and safety standards in a fitness club. A gym should be a place where people can train without feeling watched, recorded or intimidated. Here, I felt the opposite. I cannot recommend this club to anyone — especially women or people who value a respectful training environment - until Michal Rostek is fired as the manager.
