Been going now for 5 years, never once have I complained about the staff, equipment or any of the facilities. Offering a serious atmosphere for the pros & a friendly feel for amateur gym-goers, it truly is one of the best gyms in the UK - not to mention how helpful the owner Lewis Murphy was when asking for training advice. Highly Recommended!
