Good gym
Amazing local gym which caters for all types of gym goers. The owner Lewis is a top guy who is always willing to help and offer advice. Plus he does some amazing tasting shakes with quality flavours for a small price. Highly recommended.
Been going now for 5 years, never once have I complained about the staff, equipment or any of the facilities. Offering a serious atmosphere for the pros & a friendly feel for amateur gym-goers, it truly is one of the best gyms in the UK - not to mention how helpful the owner Lewis Murphy was when asking for training advice. Highly Recommended!
Great gym with friendly staff. Wide variety of kit for all, never had a bad session there.
Been going for almost 3 years and never had a single complaint, great atmosphere, good equipment and good prices!
