The best part about this gym is that they dont hound you like crazy! Everyone is low key...and the patrons are there to work out, not to socialize and be seen. Equipment is well maintained for the mostpart. Its clean. The free childcare is a huge bonus, although the childcare room could use a new changing table - the they have is completely falling apart.

I've gone to several gyms in and outside of the country. This is a great gym! Always clean, equipment is well maintained, they have a variety of classes, super nice instructors, workouts for all different levels... and the instructors are approachable and don't make you feel silly when you ask questions. Members are respectable too :)
