Reviews aren't normally my thing but Body 20 Mizner deserves one! This technology is LEGIT!... the answer to all work out problems I have had over the years. I am a new member + looooving it! • BECKY and ARIEL are amazing coaches. They are kind, patient + high-energy • I love the clean workout environment 💪🏼😷 • Awesome music is always playing to amp up the workout experience • The black Body20 outfit you get when you join is the *perfect* solution for comfort + not having to worry about "what to wear to the gym". It's so easy and effortless to just put it on and show up! • The technology in the suits are amazing! It works places that are hard to target on your own + the results are fast! • In 20 min, you are done! No waiting on machines, no following an App on your phone (getting distracted in the process) and no self consciousness being with a weird trainer. If you want to get your workout in, but don't have an hour a day, this is your answer! •These people and tech are the perfect recipe for getting in shape and maintaining life balance. I joined Body 20 a year ago. When the pandemic started I took a break, and now I felt confident to come back. My personal trainer is Becky and she is just fantastic! She challenges me to work my limits and get my best results. My body is now conditioned and I can endure a hard day of work, feeling awesome. She reminds me the importance of hydration and balanced diet. I recommend everyone to join Body20, and having Becky as a trainer in a heart beat!

Body 20 is one of the best workouts I have tried! I have been active all my life. From being a runner to being a gym fanatic and now for the past 15 years consistently doing hot yoga which I still do in between my Body 20 workouts. The time it took in the gym without seeing much change has now been cut down to just 20 minutes with. Body20 and I've seen results ! - becoming much more toned and slender. Becky is a fantastic trainer who motivates me to get through each session and pushes me a little harder each time. She mixes up each workout so it never feels repetitive. Zach is also very professional and fully knowledgeable on how the Body 20 system works and how to structure the program for each individual to get results!!!

I love body20! Great staff, always attentive, informative and caring, along with clean facility! Best part is, of course, the amazing work out I get in 20 minutes. Super thankful to Becky and Ariel, they really help take my workout routine to the next level. Ultimately, you can not go wrong here. Try it out I know you'll love it!

If this were a cult I would join it ;) Seriously though, I am not a gym fan, I don't like classes and haven't had results with personal trainers. Body 20 has changed my view of joining a gym. The individual attention and dedication of the staff is amazing. I thought It was a gimmick when I tried it out and I was wrong. I have seen serious results and am getting compliments from everyone. My injuries healed quickly and I feel great. Becky, Ariel, Zach and gang will give you the best workout of your life. Oh, and of course the place is spotless and cleaned between each training. It is very Covid Safe.
