Tribe Fitness Wirral

I love it here, I have been a member for two years. It's a great training place with great people to train with and supportive coaches offering a non-intimidating environment. Really good facilities and space with a social and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend to everyone from total beginner to an avid gym goer/cross fitter.

Perfect place to do the workouts. Detailed workouts everyday on the main board and always explained by the coach. Even I have seen it many times always watching and listening to what they say, at the end of the day it's my health and that's their best interest. To be in this gym is like to be part of BIG family. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. It worth to give it try. If you struggle with a movement or want to be stronger than this is the best place to be. The coaches will give you help and answer to your questions. Highly recommended!!!

I'm no athlete, just a normal mum who spends more time looking after everyone else that herself, like lots of other parents and carers out there. I came to Tribe, anxious that I wouldn't be able to do the workouts cause I was unfit and had lost my core strength and conditioning but I couldn't have been more wrong! James modified each workout to my specific requirements, building up my confidence in my own abilities, before I started doing the prescribed workouts for the day. Two years down the line, I have gained much more than fitness - my strength has massively improved whilst maintaining my flexibility; my mum tum has disappeared; my body fat has reduced, and my core is significantly and visibly stronger; I have knowledge of my bodies nutritional requirements; I sleep way better than ever before and most importantly I have confidence and feel great about myself. I can't recommend Tribe enough - you don't have to be fit to walk through the door but you will gain way more than fitness if you join!
