Great gym but a but compact on busy days
Convenient location. Tons of available parking. Efficient staff. Truly a fitness enterprise rather than a muscle factory. A unique camaraderie exists here among the patrons. Helpful. Friendly. Clean. Kept in good repair.
Aside from people bicep curling in the squat rack, I enjoy this gym.... there are 2 other squat rack options (ignoring the Smith machine) available, so at least I can get that in. They also provide pads which can put put on the floor so you can deadlift.
Good atmosphere. Helpful trainers. Good equipment. Limited close parking and cumbersome wheelchair access at this branch. Other branches have easier wheelchair access. Becoming more packed post covid. Great to see young people being consistent. Patrons here generally all get along very very well. It is a fitness centre more than a muscle factory .
Gym is very small, equipment is old, ceiling leaks when it rains. Heavily crowded in the evenings like people breathing down your neck crowded. Likely due to the parking. Starlite has great parking.
