We go to Sats Akersgata twice a week for group training and boot camp. It's a good fitness center, and the unique Prformance training concept is awesome. I do wish the cycling area could be isolated from the rest of the gym. When all the music from all parts of the gym mingles, it does annoy me a bit. This is a small but functional Sats. And it's almost always crowded. Space is luxurious in central Oslo :)

A good SATS gym. Nice and cheerfull stuff. All the equipment I needed so far for my isolation exercises. Opens on sundays which is very good. very central in oslo. just dark which is a bit frustrating for me and lighting... Read more
