I've been here from past 4yrs now . I have seen a lot of change in my body physically and health wise too. It's a great way to start the day. Every day it's a different workout so you are never bored. The workouts help you to push your limits. Trainer comes up with different floors lyk yoga, aerobics, zumba dance, steam etc so it never seems like you are doing the same things. The price is very affordable . The women at the gym seem like a family , always ready to help out . The trainer is really nice as well. Overall, for women, it's a great gym to join and 5 stars itself will say all about the gym. Join and experience ur self to feel the difference in your body.
