Alex townsley is an amazing physio, I had dislocated my shoulder a few weeks ago only 3 appointments with Alex and my shoulder is feeling much, much better. The home workouts and advice that he has given me are excellent and he is a really nice guy and answers all questions. Best physio thank you Alex.
Alex Townsley is a legend. He is very supportive of my goals and genuinely seeks the best outcome for me. He went above and beyond working closely with the Podiatrist (Josh Kinsman). These guys actually want to help you get back up and doing the things you enjoy.
