Great gym with great coaches over my years of doing CrossFit SFS and Scotty is where I saw the most progress have also had friends move over to SFS over the years and watched them improve their Crossfit skills significantly. The gym caters for all levels with various class types to build your overall fitness, CrossFit and strength.
Crossfit SFS is a great facility with plenty of space and high quality equipment. The trainers are helpful and are a wealth of knowledge. I'd encourage anyone wanting to get fit and push their limits to get into Crossfit SFS. 💪
My experiences so far with Crossfit SFS has been absolutely fantastic! A really great team that runs the gym and they also actively give back to the ACT Weightlifting community through hosting events and meets.
