Love this place. I have been going to this place for 3 years now and loving it. My favourite instructor is Linsea for both yoga and power core! I wish there were more classes on Saturday afternoons.
I signed up for the "Hot Total Lower Body Conditioning" class Sat at 815am. The instructor - Jessica Wild- was amazing! Really liked her energy and commitment/hype level - also really liked that she moved around in the class the be a part of the workout and show different areas of the room how to do the moves. Definitely going back!!
I highly enjoyed the yang and yin class, it's a good mix of styles and the hardest part is very effective. It's a great workout!! Teacher was very kind and helpful! :)
Best Yoga class of my life! Anastasia was an amazing and incredibly fun instructor. She keeps it real. From beginner to pro level she has everyone present in the moment. Five thumbs up 👍
Go to classes with Anastasia - she's awesome. Giving this 2 stars because it's impossible to get my money back. Tried every other day for 14 days and I still did not receive my refund even after I followed everything they said to cancel before 30 days. Be careful giving them your credit card. They will never stop charging you until you beg. I'll be doing a charge back at my bank.
