Website stated they were open in September, but we (and later some other people) encountered a closed gym… We messaged the available phone numbers of employees, and they stated that they open on 9 September. Happy that we got up-to-date info and apologies, but unhappy with the unprofessionalism/inaccurate communication on their official website and wasted time driving there. You can’t expect customers to verify every bit of information you present on official channels.
Da fuori sicuramente bella palestra… purtroppo non ho avuto la possibilità di vederla all’’interno semplicemente perché chiusa nonostante gli orari indicassero il contrario. Chiamando il numero per chiedere spiegazioni mi è stato detto che google non ha aggiornato gli orari (problematica che dovrebbe interessare i proprietari più che i clienti), fatto notare questo mi è stato riferito con fare poco cortese che sui canali social erano state aggiunte delle storie con gli orari di agosto ma come si può vedere dagli screenshot fatti il giorno e l’ora della telefonata non sono presenti ne post ne altro in cui viene indicato il periodo di chiusura. Peccato per il tempo perso.
