Honestly the gym doesn’t have what planet fitness or anytime fitness has but it has what you need for a strong baseline. Free weights, kettle bells, sauna, treadmills, ellipticals, squat rack and also an assisted squat and bench rack. Also another gym rack with pulley weights and attachments.

Absolutely the worst fitness club We ever joined quit after less than 2 months machines are old outdated in need of repair and service. Some are actual unsafe. Never cleaned. No monitoring of patrons So you have the flex heads throwing weights to the ground crashing into the floor so very disrespectful and unsafe lifting and use of equipment abound. Pass it buy and go anyplace else. Eventually someone will get hurt in there or a real confrontation will occur between patrons. No showers. Tanning beds and really old under serviced delapidated equipment. This place is a joke. Owners just do not care Just collecting dues and not upgrading anything ever much less keeping equipment properly serviced or operable.
