Private sessions have been life changing for me after two hip replacements and little benefit from traditional PT. She is exceptionally skilled at Pilates, muscle construction and recovery, regaining strength and general physical rehabilitation - and blends them in a tailored treatment for each client. She was a fabulous find for both me @ 78 years young and my husband who is 86.
Love, the intermediate reformer class with Miren, she pushes us every class and gives great options for all different levels of skill. :-)
If you're looking for a great place to work out, you must go to Kristina's place. I started out with Pilates on the reformer and now I'm working with her with weights. I am seeing progress continuously. I've had some health issues and she has put me on the path to get better. She has an incredible knowledge about the human body and she can tell you what you need to work on. Besides that she is a darling of a person and you will get to love her pretty quickly and if you're lucky her kitty cat Franny will be in the studio.
My sessions are adjusted to my needs and abilities which keeps me on track and feeling confident. Love Kaycie's energy and positive focus. I am always excited for my session and feel great when I am done. The studio is super clean, bright and perfectly set up. Highly recommend 💪❤️
