The trainer Mr. Sasi is very jovial and knowledgable and guides you to each and every aspect of work out. Be it Weight loss or weight gain, you can get best guidance here. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for their fitness goals.

Best place ...I have been to lot of gym..but this gym has a unique way of treating the customers.. Always they ensure to treat as best... When comparing to other gym the price wise and quality of gym and maintaining of the gym equipment are very good... I strongly recommend for a new learners and all to join here..
