Hiruko Wellness shows 4.9 from just 7 total reviews, but what's actually on record spans an unusual range: from 2010 to 2021, and one recent reviewer raises a concern about the business's viability worth reading carefully rather than dismissing or adopting outright.

A Financial Warning, From One Voice

Rohan Aggarwal's review, four stars, raises something none of the other three touch on: "Overall good, but the way it is being run, it is most probably going to go bankrupt. I don't want to seem rude but they might be looking at bankruptcy by the end of this month." I want to be precise about what this is: one member's personal speculation about the business's financial health, based on unspecified observations about how it's run, not a confirmed fact or an insider financial disclosure. It's the only review here that raises anything like this, and it's framed as his own prediction rather than something he was told directly. Worth asking about directly if you're considering signing up, but not something to treat as settled.

A Decade-Plus Relationship, Described in Detail

Ananya Goel's review carries real weight because of its span: "I've been doing Hiruko for over 5 years now and I absolutely love it... Natalia is so great at what she does. She cares about each and every one of us and goes out of her way to talk and connect to us. Hiruko is my second home!" She's specific about what she's gained beyond technique: "I've gotten a lot more confident in myself, learned to trust and have my teammates' backs, how to defend myself." Five years of continued attendance, with a named instructor credited specifically for personal connection, is a genuinely strong signal from someone who isn't just describing a first impression.

Voices From Over a Decade Apart

Gautam Mittal, March 2013: "I have gained so much knowledge from this school. I would not be the person I am today, and I would highly recommend this program for anyone who has the time." Peter Chane, November 2010 - the oldest review here, predating the others by roughly a decade: "Confidence building, inspirational martial arts instruction for kids." Between a 2010 review and a 2021 review, the same core theme repeats: confidence-building martial arts instruction that reviewers credit with real personal impact, not just technique training.

What's Missing

No review states class prices. Nothing confirms Rohan's bankruptcy speculation one way or the other - the newest written review is from August 2021, more than four years old now, so if his concern had merit, there's no way to confirm from this record whether the business is still operating. Nothing describes the physical facility.

Who It's Not For

Anyone who needs current confirmation the business is still operating, given one reviewer's specific, if speculative, concern about financial viability - confirm directly before enrolling or paying for anything upfront. Anyone looking for adult-only training, since the clearest reviews describe youth-focused confidence-building instruction.

FAQ

Is Hiruko Wellness still operating?

Unclear from this record. One reviewer, in 2021, speculated the business might be heading toward bankruptcy based on how it was being run, though this is his own prediction rather than a confirmed fact. Confirm current status directly before relying on anything else here.

Who teaches at Hiruko?

An instructor named Natalia is credited directly by a long-term student for both technical instruction and personal mentorship over more than five years.

Is this mainly for kids or adults?

The available reviews lean toward youth-focused, confidence-building martial arts instruction, though one long-term student's account doesn't specify her age when she started.

How long has this program been reviewed positively?

Reviews span from 2010 to 2021, more than a decade, with a consistent theme of confidence-building and personal growth through martial arts training.

I've been doing Hiruko for over 5 years now and I absolutely love it. We learn so many techniques and I've gained a lot from this program. I would absolutely recommend this program to everyone. Natalia is so great at what she does. She cares about each and every one of us and goes out of her way to talk and connect to us. Hiruko is my second home! Like I said previously - I've gained so much. I've gotten a lot more confident in myself, learned to trust and have my teammates' backs, how to defend myself, etc. I've made a lot of friends here and Hiruko really is one, big family. Everyone belongs at Hiruko and my team is so supportive! I highly, highly recommend this program to everyone. Hiruko has helped me become the person that I am today, and I wouldn't be that person without Natalia and my team.
