This is just the beginning of my adventure with this place, but I already feel like I'll be staying longer ♥️
Super miejsce i ludzie którzy je tworzą. Iza jesteś the best szacun za twoje zaangażowanie i motywacje dla nas jesteś nieoceniona.uczęszczam z przyjemnością za każdym razem.
This was only my second time at this place. The first time, I didn't really like it. The music was very loud, and it was hard to hear what the trainer was saying. I also missed the instructor making sure we were doing the exercises correctly. But... I don't go to fitness classes very often, and maybe it's not possible to do it this way. The second time, the volume was the same problem, but the trainer was different and the energy level was different. I left the second (fit health) class feeling like I had actually worked out. You don't need to sign up for the classes; all you need is a little willingness to come. It's a friendly place for women who want to move and make a difference.
A friendly atmosphere, a professional trainer passionate about her work. The workouts are varied, often with options for both advanced and less advanced users. The trainer pays close attention to the correctness of the exercises, ensuring a personalized approach even during group classes. The gym is well-equipped, clean, and attractive.
A fantastic place with positive energy, where I happily return for future training sessions. Professionally equipped, the interior is very clean and tidy. What's more, it's great that you can feel at ease here, regardless of your skill level! Iza, the owner of behappy, is a wonderful person who puts her heart into what she does! I recommend it 100%.
