Overall a value for money. Very friendly support staff. The trainers are quite the opposite, totally unfriendly unless you avail a paid service. Wish the group classes could be conducted for men too.

Very rude reception desk with a huge attitude problem, last month I am going to spend with them and moving to a different one, but definitely not gold's
