Jamie U is an excellent teacher who is both nurturing as well as rigorous and demanding of her students to push themselves to new heights. It's a pleasure to take a class given by someone who so clearly has mastered pilates and relishes in sharing her knowledge with others. She is attentive, supportive and always checking form and offering creative, challenging pilates movements that truly inspire. A teacher like her is rare! Bravissima.

I have been taking Jaime's class and I absolutely love it! She challenges us and aligns us at the same time while keeping it fun! I told her I feel like I'm in prima ballerina training in her class! She knows the body so well and I feel so safe in her hands!

I take Jaime's power class on Wednesday evenings at Mighty pilates in Ocean park. Jaime's classes are challenging, pushing me well beyond my comfort zone, while also keeping me engaged and coming back for more. As an aspiring instructor, I strive to be able to build community through movement in a class the way she does. I cannot speak highly enough about Jaime!

Jamie is hands down the best Pilates instructor I've ever had - I will literally change my schedule to make her classes. She pays close attention to each person in the class, making adjustments and fixing form. You'll never worry if your form is correct because she pays such good attention to everyone, making her the perfect teacher for both beginners and more advanced students. Her classes are super challenging but also so fun- she has the best sense of humor. She is clearly a Pilates pro and understands the body so deeply. Plus she is so passionate about teaching. Honestly her class is a must for anyone who wants to fall in love with Pilates.

Jaime is a phenomenal instructor. She really knows her stuff, understands how to cue, and has an excellent feel for human anatomy. Beware her sweet nature -- she's going to drive you hard! But it's worth it. I've done pilates all over the world and I can say that Jaime is in the global A list.
