Virgin Active Port Elizabeth

I was skeptical about joining because of some of the bad reviews but I went to try it out because VA Greenacres is the most convenient gym for me and I had a great experience! The pool was sparkling clean, which is the main reason I need to join gym. The showers were clean and the water was hot. Everything I needed was in perfect condition. I also train off peak, so I'm not affected by congestion. It's best to just try it for yourself and make your own decision instead of taking other's bad experience. I would personally recommend it. I was helped by Jundren in joining. He was very helpful and patient.

Virgin Active needs to man up the way things are going on now at the greenacres branch. Yes let me name the branch, the staff not helpful , cold showers , always under maintenance but nothing gets maintained. Limited equipment and whack not enough at all. People are waiting on top of eachother to use the equipment, definitely not renewing my contract with them I hope this review will help them give better service to the next candidates that will sign up.

This gym really needs attention! It’s not in good condition, the equipment is old and sticky, some of the weighted machines you can’t even see the weight - so are we meant to guess the weights we are lifting? This is not good.
