Very good gym. Reasonably priced and has great facilities. There are 2 floors, one for Cardio with every type of machine available and one floor for Weights. There is also a Pool, Sauna and Showers. Parking can be an issue sometimes depending on the time of the day but there is a huge open parking area behind the gym. Never had any issues at the gym, staff are very helpful and there are also trainers who help with the workouts.

Very good equipment facilities.. reasonable prices. There is 2 levels. Top level is for cardio and bottom is for muscle build-up. Both levels have sauna and steam rooms and the lower level has a swimming pool with a mini jacuzzi attached to it. Highly recommend this place if ur looking for a good place to workout with lots of facilities..
