Since training with Monica, my body awareness has changed dramatically. I can honestly say I wouldn't be able to do without our classes, as I feel great physically and mentally. The studio is new, spotlessly clean, and state-of-the-art. Monica is super professional; you feel like you're being looked after in the best possible way. I always think she's extremely well-prepared and on point! Another great thing about Pilates is that you never get bored thanks to the variety of exercises the reformers and other equipment allow you to perform! Highly recommended!
